Add the flour, and knead for ~10 mins or so. Let double in size. Then, split into pieces just over ~100g, ball em, disk em, oil em, and let em rest for half an hour.

Het up large skillet real hot, and turn oven on broil. Let gravity help you stretch each naan as you move it into the skillet. Optionally, put some ghee on the skillet to stop the naan from sticking. Fry dough for a minute or two, until it starts to crisp up. Then, stick the naan under the broiler for a minute or so until you're happy with it.
Step 4
To turn this into garlic naan, make some garlic butter by mincing garlic and mixing it with melted butter and salt. Brush the garlic butter over the naan.
