Make dough
Ingredients
Dump flour on counter. Measure out the 5 eggs, add water until it's 250g. Pour egg + water mixture into a well in the middle of the flour. Gently whisk the eggs. Once the eggs are whisked, start to flick in the flour. Slowly work in the flour until it becomes a dough. Then, use your hands to knead and combine. Knead for 5-10 mins, until silky smooth. Wrap airtight and let sit at room temp for at least an hour, or in the fridge overnight.
