Whisk together the yeast and flour, and then whisk in the water until smooth. Let stand for 10-20 mins, or until it starts to ferment and puff up a bit.

Whisk into yeast slurry until eggs are well incorporated and the sugar and salt have dissolved.
Step 3
Stir in all at once, either with your hands or a wooden spoon. Once the flour is reasonably absorbed, knead for 10 mins or so until smooth and soft.
Step 4
Divide into 2, shape as desired. Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 5
Beat the egg, glaze your loaves when they’re risen to your tastes. Bake for 25- 35 minutes, until a little browned.
