Prepare Loaf Pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick. Set aside.

Mix Batter

Ingredients

Cream butter and sugar together in mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and stir. Add flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda and mix until fully combined. Fold in apple chunks. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Set aside.

Step 3

Prepare Streusel

Ingredients

In a separate dish, combine streusel ingredients and use a fork to mash together, until crumbly sand-like texture is formed. Pour mixture over apple bread batter in loaf pan.

Step 4

Bake and Glaze

Ingredients

Bake bread for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Set aside to cool. Prepare glaze, and drizzle over bread. Serve & enjoy.
