Spread mustard over pastry sheet. Place meats over sheet in layers- pastrami, turkey, then corned beef. Roll dough as for a jelly roll, place seam side down.
Step 3
Beat the egg and brush over roll. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45min-1hr or until slightly browned and flaking. Let cool a bit before slicing and serving. ALTERATIONS: Duck sauce is also great brushed over the roll in place of an egg. Mess around with which meats and sauces you place in the roll! One time I subbed the entire filling for mashed potatoes and ground beef and it was excellent. Just note that deli mustard is much sweeter than brown or dijon mustard so they're not interchangeable, in my opinion.
